At Blow Up Bros, we are confident in the superior durability of our inflatables and ensure that all our units are built to last. Every unit we sell is backed by the manufacturer's warranty, providing you with peace of mind and protection for your investment.
All our inflatables are covered by manufacturer warranties. Refer to your individual unit's brand below for specific warranty details.
Avyna
All Avyna inflatables include a 1 year extended manufacturer warranty on commercial units and 9 months extended warranty on residential units, covering defects in materials and workmanship, including seam tears, fabric openings, and manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage from improper use, incorrect storage, accidents, vandalism, general wear and tear, or zipper defects.
Eagle Bounce
Eagle Bounce provides a 1-year limited warranty on all commercial-grade inflatables and 90-days for Dura-Lite residential units, covering manufacturing defects such as seam failures, fabric tears, and material flaws. Warranty coverage excludes damage caused by misuse, improper storage, accidents, vandalism, normal wear and tear, and zipper issues.
Moonwalk USA
Moonwalk USA includes a 1-year limited warranty on all commercial-grade inflatables and 90-days for Dura-Lite residential units, covering workmanship defects including seam tears, fabric openings, and material defects at no additional cost. The warranty does not apply to damage from improper operation, storage errors, accidents, vandalism, wear and tear from normal use, or zipper malfunctions.
Kid Wise
Kid Wise provides a 30-days limited manufacturer warranty on defects in materials and workmanship, including seam failures, fabric tears, and manufacturing flaws. This warranty excludes damage resulting from unsafe use, improper storage, accidents, vandalism, general wear and tear, and zipper defects.
Bouncing Angels
Bouncing Angels backs their products with an industry leading 1.5 years extended warranty on wet units and 3 years extended warranty on dry units, covering manufacturing defects such as seam tears, fabric openings, and material imperfections. Warranty coverage does not include damage from misuse, incorrect storage, accidents, vandalism, normal wear and tear, or zipper issues.
OMG Jump
- OMG Jump offers a limited warranty for manufacturing defects as follows:
- (a) Two (2) years for inflatable bounce houses
- (b) One (1) year for water slides and inflatable games
- (c) Ninety (90) days for zippers, mesh, entrance covers, slide mats, and similar accessories
- 7.2 Warranty does not cover fading, color variations, wear and tear, misuse, improper storage/setup, or unauthorized repairs.
- 7.3 All warranty repairs must be pre-approved and completed at OMG Jump's facility in Los Angeles. The Buyer covers inbound shipping costs.
- 7.4 No replacement units will be provided during repairs. OMG Jump is not liable for missed income or business disruptions.
- 7.5 Blowers are only covered under their original manufacturer's warranty.
- 7.6 Third-party products are covered only by the original manufacturer's warranty. OMG Jump assumes no additional liability.
Cutting Edge Creations/ N-flatables
Cutting Edge Creations offers an industry-leading 2-year warranty on all inflatables used outdoors. Since indoor centers often feature usage rates more than double outdoor rentals (think a busy center operating midweek, versus weekend rentals), their warranty is limited to 1 year for indoor centers. In either case, during the first 90 days (when most warranty issues are discovered), they pay round-trip shipping. After that period, you pay to ship it to us (or we can approve a local repair center). If it is a warranty claim, we will fix it and ship it back at no charge.
Inflateo Jumpers
Inflateo Jumpers backs their products with an industry leading 1.5 years extended warranty on wet units and 3 years extended warranty on dry units, covering manufacturing defects such as seam tears, fabric openings, and material imperfections. Warranty coverage does not include damage from misuse, incorrect storage, accidents, vandalism, normal wear and tear, or zipper issues.
Hullaballoo Sales
LIMITED WARRANTY: HB provides Customer a limited repair and replacement warranty and warrants only that the Products, identified by category below, will be fit for their intended purpose, merchantable, and without material defect in workmanship and materials for a period determined by the type of product as specified in the following:
A) Inflatables manufactured by HB: One (1) year from the date Customer receives the order with the exception of the following:
i. All inflatables used in Indoor Centers are covered for one (1) year from the date Customer receives the order.
ii. All inflatables used in Indoor Centers and manufactured with IPC quality are covered for one (1) year from the date Customer receives the order.
iiii. All Water Ride Inflatables intended to be used with water are covered for one (1) year from the date Customer receives the order.
B) Pieces, parts, and accessories (e.g. slide lining, climber lining, etc.) ordered from HB: Forty five (45) days from the date Customer receives the order.
C) Other equipment (not manufactured by HB), including Blowers: No warranty of any kind is extended by HB, but HB will, to the extent it can legally and contractually do so, assign to Customer, at Customer's request, all warranties on such other equipment, if any, offered by the manufacturer or supplier of such other equipment. The Blower supplied with Inflatable Products is covered by the Blower Manufacturer's own warranty. Any claims of defect in the Blower must be directed to the Blower Manufacturer directly for repair or replacement. Blowers carry a one (1) year warranty.
D) Custom Products. No warranty of any kind is extended by HB for Custom Products unless noted on invoice.
E) Digital Printed Graphics. No warranty of any kind is extended for digital printed graphics.
