Easy Returns

While we fully stand by every product that we sell, we understand that sometimes you might change your mind or realize the product you ordered wasn't exactly what you were hoping for.

That's why we offer a 30-day Return Policy.

If you decide you want to return an item for any reason within 30 days after receipt of your order, please email us at support@blowupbros.com with your order number, and we will provide detailed instructions on how to process the return.

Return Conditions

  • Condition: Items must arrive back to our distribution center in "Like New" condition, with all original packaging and accessories.

  • Inspection: Once the returned items have been received and inspected, we will notify you of your refund status. Refunds will only be issued for items meeting these conditions.

  • Fees: Returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the item’s price, depending on the product. Buyer will be responsible for any and all charges for the shipping of the item(s) as well as payment processing costs.

 

Please note: Items returned with visual signs of wear, damage, or missing components will not be accepted, and no refund will be given.

Damages

If the product is damaged, please make note of it immediately when signing for delivery and send photos to support@blowupbros.com on the day of delivery.

For defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise, Blow Up Bros will cover the shipping costs to resolve the issue at no expense to you. Please keep all original packaging for any items that need to be returned.

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel an order, please email or call our customer service team immediately to avoid return shipping fees.

  • Before Shipment: Cancellations received before the item ships will receive a full refund.

  • After Shipment: Orders canceled after shipment will follow our 30-Day Return Policy and will be subject to return shipping costs.

  • Custom Products: Custom-manufactured or personalized items are non-cancelable once production begins.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-Manufactured Products: Items that are custom-made or personalized are non-returnable under any circumstances.

  • Certified Pre-Owned or Used Items: Products sold as certified pre-owned or used are ineligible for returns.

  • Temporary Use Purchases: Items purchased for one-time or temporary use (e.g., trade shows or event rentals) are not eligible for returns.

  • Please note that Hullaballoo products are non-returnable. These items are clearly marked on their product pages with a final sale note and are excluded from our standard return policy.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 days, minus any applicable fees (e.g., shipping costs, and restocking fees). Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, email us at support@blowupbros.com with your order number. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label or instructions on creating one yourself. Unauthorized returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded.

Other Notes

  • If a specific product does not support our standard return policy, this will be noted in the product description.

  • Items that require repairs to restore them to "Like New" condition will have the repair costs deducted from the refund amount.

  • Be sure of your purchase to avoid unnecessary fees and complications.
