    If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days) we will process the charges and get to work preparing your order for shipment.

    Order Shipment:

    If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card it will ship within three business days from the date of your order.  

    We will send you shipping confirmation within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.

    Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery or do not agree to accept the delivery.

What if the unit arrives damaged?
If your order is damaged during shipping, document the damage with photos and videos and contact us. We'll work out the best solution.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship out within 2-7 business days. Once the carrier provides tracking information, you will receive confirmation. Transit time varies between carriers and customer locations, but it is mostly within 7 business days. Made-to-order items may take slightly longer.
Are the units commercial grade?
Yes, most of our units are commercial grade and are excellent for rental businesses. We also offer some residential models, which are lighter and intended for personal use rather than commercial rentals.
Is the setup easy? Do I need help?
Our inflatables come with easy setup instructions. Most customers can set it up themselves, but we recommend two people for safety.
What if the inflatable doesn’t fit my space?
