We offer FREE shipping on all inflatable orders within the United States!
No hidden fees. No surprises. Every inflatable order includes standard commercial freight delivery at no extra cost.
Important for Residential Deliveries:
Freight carriers charge an additional $125 residential delivery fee if your shipping address is not a commercial location. This includes liftgate service for curbside drop-off.
If you’re unsure whether your location qualifies, please contact us before placing your order — we’re happy to help you avoid unexpected fees.

Order Confirmation:
Once you place your order, you'll receive an order confirmation email. This confirms we've received your order and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.
We automatically check stock availability to ensure your order is ready for immediate shipment. If your item is unavailable or on backorder, we’ll reach out to discuss alternate arrangements.
Order Shipment:
Handling Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-7 business days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once the item has left the warehouse.

Shipping Methods & Carriers:
We use trusted carriers such as FedEx Freight, UPS Freight, and LTL freight carriers for all shipments.

- Please ask about Residential/Liftgate Delivery Service, as this might incur an extra $125 flat fee to Residential Addresses
Tracking Your Order:
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your order directly on the carrier's website to stay updated on your delivery status.
Delivery Time:
Delivery times typically range from 2 to 14 business days, depending on your location and the carrier. Please note that shipping times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather delays or carrier disruptions.
Damages:
Please inspect your package upon arrival. If you notice any damage to the packaging or the product, make a note of it when signing for delivery or decline the delivery.
If you accept delivery and find any damage, please take photos of both the packaging and the product immediately and send them to support@blowupbros.com. Then, visit our Returns page to initiate a return claim.
Residential and Liftgate Delivery:
If your delivery is being sent to a residential address, a liftgate service may be required for unloading heavy items. These options are separate from shipping and you can add these to your cart. If you're unsure about whether liftgate service is needed, feel free to reach out to us before placing your order.
Customer Responsibility for Delivery:
Once your item ships, it is the carrier’s responsibility to ensure it reaches you. We are not liable for delivery delays caused by third-party shipping services, but we will assist with tracking and resolving issues when possible.
International Orders:
Please be aware that our products are made specifically for the United States market. This means that they require a 110 V electrical system to function correctly.
Our products have generally not been certified for use with other countries' electrical safety standards but all of our products are certified to the United States standards.
